You can eat what you want...but Balance it

For example

Breakfast ...you have small one like half a bagel and a cup of fruit or banana

Lunch..MAke this your MAIN BIG meal as you are more active during the day, I think many people make the mistake of having a HUGE dinner late then going to sleep...that is TERRIBLE to do

..If you have a big lunch like for example a quzinos Sub and chips....Balance it out for dinner..

Dinner...make this a SMALL meal..Do not have a big lunch then go home and eay steak potatoes and choclate cake....have a bowl of rasin Bran and some fruit

This has worked for me I have maintained my weight im 6'0 and 1/2 inch 203lbs

on the weekends I vary a little from this as I am home more often but during the week its strict

*** also make sure you work out for 30 mins at LEAST 3 times a week and your good..GET UP OFF OF THE COUCH!!!:dancefool

I eat everything apart from liver and all kinds of sea food...(i eat certain types of fish though)

I am trying to limit the type of meat i eat. Trying to cut out the burgers hot dogs and other types of meat i suspect to have questionable content...

I am fortunate enough to have a small appetite but this does not explain why the hell i am 220 lbs.. (i have to say that the only fat i have on me is my gut..The rest is all solid just not well toned):drink: :drink: :drink:
